It's my guilty pleasure and I'm blogging about it dangit.

This is a lot of fun y'all!! Group Swing!

Quick!! Somebody get me some ice!! A firehose!! Something!! My lady says Julianne Hough's brother Derek is to die for. I gotta wipe up a drool puddle now.

I'm not sure I like Joss Stone.

First to safety - Apolo & Julianne and Laila & Max. Certainly no surprises there.

Dreamgirls in the ballroom with Stepping to the Bad Side. WHOA!!!! The DVD is out next Tuesday May 1.

Hey y'all...don't believe what you read about this results show being full of a bunch of filler. The quality of talent this season is amazing, from the professional demonstrations to the invited singers and dancers - first class all the way. The show doesn't take itself seriously. They know it's cheesy. But they play the cheese for laughs and entertainment and it works.

Next to safety are Joey & Kym.

John and Edyta are in the bottom two, which I expected.

Ian & Cheryl are safe! Billy Ray & Karina are safe. That puts Heather & Jonathan in the bottom two with John & Edyta.

Heather & Jonathan are out.

Hey!! I called that! YAY me!

Next week the stars learn two individual dances - a classic ballroom and a Latin.

Quick move update: Everything is going well. I had the cable contractor out today to relocate a jack and install a new one. So now the master bedroom cable is where I want it, and I have a cable outlet in the office. This might be my last post for the week. I have the kitchen to box up and I have to get Mr Tucker's things organized to minimize his freak out.

Friday night is the network and Mr Tucker relocation. The movers do their thing on Saturday. Next week's Dancing event is on the new plasma. Woooooooooooooo!! We might need to get our fu-fu finery out for the occasion!!

Take care gang and we'll see ya on the flip side. Everybody Mambo!

  1. I watched the American version of So you think you can dance last year, and it was awesome. The competitors were amazing!

Now, a local channel has intorduced the local version. It's horrible! Sigh...

  1. Good luck with the move, Trav. Hope Mr. Tucker settles in the new place quickly.

    Go Suns!!!

Thanks for the update! And thanks for commenting for my bro. Think maybe he is assessed on his blog. Not sure if he's dropped by to say cheers himself. I did promise you a picture if the cake were ever made.

I like the fact that you and your lady drool together over the fit birds/blokes. It's good for a couple to have joint pursuits x

I think Joss Stone is very talented but she became famous VERY young and she's gone a bit weird. Also - I don't really like her music despite recognising it's qualities.

Lastly - Lots of luck for a smooth remainder of your move. Hello to Mr Tucker!!! (he's so cute- we went to rescue a cat at the weekend but there were none that needed a home... which is good of course.. but disappointing)

    sorry - waffled again.

  1. remember to watch, remember to watch, remember to watch...

Plasma Dancing? Sounds a bit erotic. Cheers...

  1. TY for the weekly update. It seems something gets in the way each week for me to watch this show. Monday I did get to see some of it, but then 24 began.

I hope you don;t ruin the floors at the new place with all the drool!

  1. Katie says:

I've never watched that show but my office always talks about it. I guess I'll have to watch more TV now :)

  1. I don't think that Mr. Tucker will freak out as much as you think. I know that when Tony moved Tokyo and Casey in at my house they did just fine. Mr. Tucker will also.

  1. BeckEye says:

Well, I guess it's back to being a plain ol' crazy golddigger for Heather.

    Hi Travis,
    Good luck with the move!

Wishing you so much luck on your move - and much more fun on watching "Dancing" on 42"

    Jealous-Sanni... green with envy =)

  1. I've been a big fan of Joss Stone from her first album, but her new material is nowhere near the equal of her first two albums. I've heard that she's started getting a bit...weird lately, maybe it's all the fame and whatnot.

Glad everything is going good with the move, hope things calm down for you soon.

Thanks for the update! I missed it this week, so I knew right where to turn to get the details!!

  1. Coco says:

I haven't watched it this year ... don't seem to have time for tv anymore. But I appreciate knowing I can come here and find out what's going on. Congrats on the new place, and have an uneventful move, hon. Hugs.

  1. Liz Hill says:

Thanks for the recap--I love the clips as well.

Mr Tucker is probably freaking alredy with the place being boxed up---take him last and give him a secure place to hang out while everything gets sorted.

    Ooooo 42 inch Apollo Ohno---slurp!

  1. cathy says:

Just got to say matt man all dancing is erotic. Esspecially the horizontal bop. LOL.

  1. Darn, no leg flying across the dance floor...
Hope your move continues going smoothly! Last time we moved with a cat, we kept her in one room for a couple of days (kids' bedroom w/litter box); she settled in fine and lived to be 18!

  1. Julie says:

I love reading your reviews on these addicting tv shows..oh have I said that before?

Ummm Trav sweetie...use your OWN firehose!
