Posted: Saturday, May 19, 2007 by Travis Cody inIt's been a crazy few days. Before I get busy on some more organizing, I thought I would catch up on a couple of tags.
First, my pal Bond over at The Big Leather Couch tagged me with the restaurant meme.
I must add a direct link to this post below the name of the person who tagged me and include the city, state, and country where I live. There's a lot of peeps on this list.

Now that's funny - linking to my own blog. You're already here! Heehee.
Next I must list out my top 5 favorite places to eat at my location.
Finally I must tag 5 other people (preferably from other countries/states) and let them know they’ve been tagged.
1. Grazie Ristorante, Factoria WA: They call it sauce instead of gravy, so Vinny and Pia will probably tell me it's not authentic Italian. But the food is fantastic and the atmosphere is like a little Italy. Also, the wait staff is incredibly knowledgable and they offer seasonal specials. This is one of the first places I tried when I moved to this area.
2. The Keg, Kirkland WA: I know this is a chain and not exclusive to my area, but it's one of the better steakhouses I've ever enjoyed. Whenever we can't decide where to eat, we go here.
3. Jalisco, Kirkland WA: There's no website for this little place. The crowd from work often comes here for lunches because for every regular dish they have a veggan alternative. And it's a great place to come after work because the happy hour jumps. Plus, it's only a block from the pier in Marina Park for spectacular sunsets over Lake Washington.
4. The Crab Pot, Seattle WA: This is a must for any visit to Seattle. From the website...
Located on Seattle's Historic Waterfront, the Crab Pot Restaurant & Bar features fresh local seafood. Our specialty – “The Seafeast” - is what makes us unique! We take a variety of crab, clams, mussels, shrimp in the shell, salmon, halibut, oysters, potatoes, corn on the cob and andouille sausage steamed with mouth watering spices and pour it right on your table! No need for silverware, we give you a bib and a mallet and let you go at it!
5. Tap House Grill, Bellevue WA: This is a fun place to go in the evenings for happy hour.
There you have it. I'm not tagging anyone today, but if you'd care to share some of your favorite places to eat and have a good time, well then feel free!
Part 2 of our Saturday meme comes later - gotta head out for lunch!
All sounds good to me! Dang, now I'm hungry again!
