Welcome to another Manic Monday with Morgen. Don't forget to cruise by MM HQ at It's A Blog Eat Blog World. Today's theme is Trick or Treat.

I never participated in Halloween tricks. I'm all about the treats bay-bee!

Here's three of my favorite candy treats.

But what's my favorite all time treat? You know! Boston Creme CAKE!

  1. Unfortunately for me they don't hand out bread pudding on Halloween. :-)

  1. Gattina says:

I never participated either for the simple reason that Halloween didn't exist, lol !

I loves me the dark chocolate--the darker the better. Happy Monday and have a great Halloween, Travis.

  1. C'mon...you mean you didn't belong to at least one toilet paper brigade?

  1. I've never been a Halloween trickster, but I've been known to indulge in treats now and again...

  1. Liz Hill says:

    I like balancing ;-)

And dark dark chocolate--and Baby Ruth. And Tootsie Rolls. And Candy corn...I'll stop now tee hee.

  1. Sandee says:

  1. Mary says:

I've never had the cake, but the rest are my favs too! Happy MM:D

  1. Never had Boston Creme CAKE for Halloween... but your other 3 treats are MY favorite 3 treats, too!

    Boo!

I never was a trickster, either...I love me some treats, though!

  1. I saved "tricking" for days like April 1st. Halloween was about the costumes..the decorating..and the CANDY.

Did you trade with friends and family after the big haul?

  1. Unknown says:

Great MM post. I'm with you on the treats. I haven't had that cream pie ... but, I like the looks of it.

There were many directions to go with this week's MM words Trick or Treat. I chose to go with Trick and my MM post this week tells a different story about Black Magic.

    peace, Villager

  1. Jamie: I enjoy a good bread pudding.

    Gattina: No Halloween???

Bridget: Have you had the dark chocolate M&M's?

Gracie: **crosses fingers behind back** Nope! I'm an angel I am.

    Songbird: Indulge away!

    Turn: Let's make a list.

Sandee: I have a hard time stopping once I get started eating those.

  1. Odat: We're not having any candy at our place either. Not even for ourselves.

    Teach: No CAKE eh?

    Matt: I share with ya.

Mert: They have that fantastic CAKE at Safeway grocery stores. Try some.

Mo: Boston Creme CAKE is for all holidays.

Katherine: Agreed. My sis and I used to pool our haul. We'd sort all the best stuff into one plastic jack-o-lantern bucket, and the rest would be for the family.

Villager: You won't be sorry if you try it.

  1. Linda says:

Doesn't get the Boston Cream Pie get kind of messy in your trick-or-treat bag? Heehee!

Guess this post answers my question of the week over on my blog!

  1. Ian says:

    Candy. Me likey.

    Happy MM!

    Ian

  1. Julie says:

Mmmmmm Reese cup! Yum-oh! All through the years I would grab the kids little boxes of Dots or Twizzlers. Unfortunately not too many Milkduds were handed out at Halloween.

  1. Unknown says:

How often was a Boston cream cake placed in your trick or treat bag and where did you go trick or treating?

  1. Linda: That's what the plastic containers are for!

    Ian: Candy is dandy.

Julie: We actually got some of the mini boxes of milk duds sometimes.

    Dana: Not often enough!
