These are some pictures from a car show we went to over the summer. The rest of the pictures were lost when my camera briefly held them hostage. But I'm glad I was able to get these two.

This is my passion...1956 TBird.

This is a real treat y'all. I had never seen a Hudson Hornet. And they had three beautifully and faithully restored.

  1. Too cool!!! You know what a car fiend I am. I have a friend that has her dad's original '56 T-Bird!
She'll be able to retire on that...
I've always loved them but I'd like a '57 Corvette. I grew up in the age of the Hemi and power shifting...

I live near a museum of transportation that has old car shows. You would love it.

  1. Cool cars travis...the '56 ... someday it shall be yours...

  1. Gracie: An original '56 eh? You know that just made me THUMP. I like the '57 Vette too, but my preference would be the '53.

Rhea: Yes I would love that. I'm always on the lookout for classic cars when I go to new places.

    Matt: Yes it is.

V: I do hope so - maybe within the next 10 years.

Charles: I saw a nice GTO not too long ago.

One of my brothers restores cars and he does amazing work.

Nice to see something that's older than me on someone's blog! Love the '56 t-bird!

Nice wheels! Had to sell my wifes' 65 Mustang a few years back. She has never let me forget it either.

    Found your site via Katherine

The classic rides... the tunes... You know I'm dancing right?!

  1. Linda: My stepdad has finished putting together his 1940 Ford Fordor Sedan. I can't wait to see it at Thanksgiving.

Jeff: Ouch! My folks have a cherry red '65. It is very sweet.

Ann: Get down with your bad self!! Woooooooooooooooo!!

The greeny bluey colour there is stunning! Glad you're ok - I have youtubed and found the mel b dance - which I liked even though I think she's a bit of a wally and went a bit ott on the boob job.

Hey! Do you think Michael Jackson got the inspiration for thriller from the dancers in that Chuck Berry clip? LOL

    That was fun, thanks Trav.
