Thursday with Mr Tucker

He's a little annoyed with us today because we went out last night. This morning I stepped over him because he wouldn't move, and he whacked me on the foot!

So tonight we'll have dinner at home, see if the Lakers can close out San Antonio, and make our laps available for Mr Tucker.

Of course, he'll probably decided to spend his evening perched on the corner of the bed looking out the window. That'll teach us to leave him for a whole evening!

Mr Tucker has a look about him there that he is a bit peeved but too tired, lazy or just bored to smack whoever he's irritated with upside the head so as to remind those folks to NEVER do that to him again -whatever it was that slightly tightened his jaws, ya know!

  1. Cats are hilarious in how they get ticked off and hold grudges. Dogs can't hold a grudge but cats sure do. Our cat used to do this to us as well, but all she did was loose out on some petting.

  1. bless his little heart. i love mr. tucker posts trav!!!

They can have an attitude can't they. He'll get over it in time. Shame on you for going out without him. Bwahahahaha. Have a great day Travis. Best regards to Pam and Mr. Tucker. :)

  1. Akelamalu says:

He won't let you get away with it that easily!

  1. I can't believe you left him for an evening by himself. The nerve of you!

  1. DrillerAA says:

If you think he's chapped now, leave him for a week-end and see how it goes!
He'll have friends over and a party will take place while your gone, lamp shades on the head and everything.

  1. They are so seemingly independent until you leave them alone and then you pay for it with the 48 hour sulk.

At one time or another our cats aren't "speaking" to us for real or imagined offenses.

  1. So now we know who rules that roost - don't we?

Hope you have a wonderful time together out and about...

  1. Jeni: He's still peeved this afternoon...he roundly scolded me when I got home from work today.

Charles: Sometimes Mr Tucker will grab my arm and alternate between biting my fingers and rubbing his ears on my hand. He just can't make up his mind whether he's annoyed or happy to see me!

Bee: I haven't posted about him in awhile, have I?

Sarge: I think he was in that photo, but last night he was skeeved.

    Sandee: Mine sure can!

    Akelamalu: He sure won't.

Songbird: I know! I'm such a bad daddy.

Drilleraa: I don't know which he hates more...when I leave him to go visit the folks or when I take him with me to go visit the folks! I can't really win.

Jamie: Mr Tucker sometimes will go sit in the middle of the room where we can see him, and then settle in with his back to us.

V: Yeah...and it sure as hell ain't me!

  1. Unknown says:

I was read that cats remember when they were treated as queens in Ancient Egypt and they aren't about to let us forget it!

  1. Unknown says:

That should say, "I once read..."

    Sheesh. Damm Duck.

  1. I heart Mr. Tucker. He's so cute.

  1. oh geeezzz.....

  1. Meribah says:

  1. Dana: Hmmmm...

    Mags: He knows it too.

Katherine: But he hates to go too!

Meri: Maybe I'll buy him a catnip toy this weekend.

  1. Kimmie says:

Oh don't you just love Catitude? Our Miss Boo lays with her back to us when she is mad also. Such a stinker. Mr. Tucker is a really beautiful little boy even if he is a bit miffed with you. I love his coloring. Thanks for sharing him with us!
    Smiles,
    Kimmie

  1. My cats get the same way! I just love their personalities and Mr. Tucker seems to be a feisty guy too!

  1. Kimmie: He got over it after a couple of days.

Health Nut: He's a realy stinker!

  1. j says:

OOooooh you did it now. When will you minions ever learn? You are there for HIS needs. He's the CAT around there.
