Sorry gang...I was really sick yesterday and wasn't up to a recap post during the show, although we did watch. Maurice and Cheryl had the lowest vote totals, so they are out.



The Final Four pairs are:

Brooke and Derek
Lance and Lacey
Warren and Kym
Cody and Julianne

Julianne returned from her appendix surgery in fine form. She and Derek were selected to perform the final Macy's Stars of Dance segment, chosen from a season long fan vote that picked the dancers, the dance style, the costumes, and the music. Julianne and Derek were the winners, and they performed an outstanding Jive.

I had some misinformation at the end of my Monday recap post. I heard Tom Bergeron announce that John Legend would be performing on the results show. That wasn't correct. It turned out to be country singer Brad Paisley. He performed his song Ticks, joined by Lacey and her brother Benji.

This is also a must see!


I expect to be back to my normal enthusiasm in time for next week's shows.

    Hi sweetie! Glad you're feeling a little better. I'm so glad you watched even though you didn't blog in the exquisite details you usually possess. Fantastic bro/sis combos, huh? I did find it odd for Lacey and Benji to dance to a fun romance type song though. Julianne and Derek were phenomenal! I just thoroughly enjoyed it even though I had to endure the nail biting stress alone.
