"You should pimp this blog more."  So sayeth Queen Mimi.

To those of you who have made your way over to my poetry place, I say thanks.  To those of you who have yet to head over, maybe today is the day.

At Poetry By Travis, you'll find...
  • Free verse
  • Short verse
  • Sonnets
  • Introspectives
  • Haiku
  • Senryu
  • ABC forms
  • American Sentence
  • Couplets
  • Six word stories
I've made 47 posts so far.  Some of them are single poems while others are collections of a specific short form.  You can click on the labels in the sidebar to view all of one type if you like.  Or you can scroll through the posts.

All of the poems are original pieces that I've written over the course of nearly 20 years.  Some of them have appeared here on Trav's Thoughts.

I hope you'll find some time to cruise on by the place.

I have your poetry blog in my reader, Trav, as I do this one.

You know how much I enjoy your poetry! I just don't always comment.

    Big hugs xo

  1. I first read your poetry a while back and thought it was beautiful. That is one of the reasons I follow your blog.

  1. I'll check it out. I have unfortunately forgotten about this, I think. Glad you mentioned again.

Thanks for the reminder, Trav. Like Charles, I forgot you had a link. I saw it when you lauhnched the new design. I think at the time it was closer to the top? Maybe? But now I know where it is again.

  1. It is a fantastic place with words that make you think, feel and react.

  1. Oh my we seem to have hit the same mood at the same time ... I love your poetry. Come visit mine.

  1. Poetry? Very impressive. I will have to check it out.

  1. Have you checked out the Monday Poetry Train? You'll find a link to it in my sidebar. It's a great place to interact with other poets once a week.
