  1. Green eyed lady is one of my favorite songs.

  1. Oh that was a nice trip in the Way Back Machine, and I agree with Charles. Green Eyed Lady is a wonderful song.

I'm rather fond of "My Baby Loves Love" this week but honestly, all of these are great and take me back to when I wasn't even a teenager yet - love it!!

  1. Hitchin a ride brings back a lot of memories. I'll be humming that all day now!

  1. Green-Eyed Lady - love that one!

My apologies to all the 5 on Friday-ers for my absence from visiting everyone in the next little while. I'm in my revision cave and everyone's under strict orders not to let me out, no matter how much I plead and beg.

Oh those bring back some good memories Trav, especially 'Hitchin' A Ride'! ;)

Oooh, I remember the AM radio blasting those songs in the kitchen all summer long. What a trip to hear them again after so many years!

  1. a fantanstic set. I had to do my set a little differently since playlist was being real bitchy for me.

Great songs! I started off with my set based on a comment on the Dan Patrick show earlier this week, and then was kind of inspired by the inspiration for you set, which made me think of songs for a summer road trip. Have a great weekend!

    Nicely done. Very good list.

Sorry I have missed the last few weeks - actually I had playlists made but didn't have a chance to post them... or anything else for that matter. But I am back today with a list honoring Bob Dylan's 70th birthday. Hope you like it!

  1. All familiar tunes that take me back in a flash. Funny how that happens...

  1. Green-Eyed Lady reminds me of summers as a kid in Indy. Thanks for the memories. :)
