    Trav,

    Very nice list!

Are you sure you don't want to go bungee jumping or skydiving with me?

I can't believe how many people have bought everyone in the bar a drink. I have read a few of these lists recently and everyone apart from me seems to have done this one.

Did you make sure it was a quiet night?

I'm feeling like a real tightwad!

  1. Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I have done a sort of statistical study of responses to this meme, and that yours was one of the blogs chosen for the sample. (I tried to let the unwitting participants know through trackbacks, but apparently the spam-filters caught all but a few of these).

The first of the results are posted on my site here.

  1. I normally respond to comments on my blog, but for some odd reason, Wordpress will not allow me to do that right now. Anyway, please accept this as thanks for your kind comment on my study, and my blog.

You and I have some things in common, incidentally. We are 43-year old Dragons. I went to graduate school at Wazzu, and would love to return to the Pacific NW, maybe when I retire.

One of the downsides to doing statistical studies like this is that it doesn't give me much time to get to know the subjects. But I have all the URLs and I'm bookmarking those, like yours, that are interesting. I'll be back.
