    SMOOCHIES!!!!

  1. Angell says:

    Dude - rocking tunes.

She never fails to blow me away - I hated when they went all "pop music" on their fans.

  1. Jefferson Airplane was a favorite of my Dad....a career IBM engineer...conservative right wing...rock and roll loving...I grew up with GREAT music.

  1. Carrie says:

Ack! To have sound on my work computer would be a grand thing.. ah well. Many happy MM's to you! :)

Ah maaaan... how I wish this old door stop could play those things. Maybe some nice, rich blogger could send me a donation towards a new computer... or just send me a new computer, haha. Laptop please.

    I'm sure they sound awesome!

    *snap back to reality*

By the way, your banner is really cool looking. Personaly, I'd like a Titan's one better.. ;-)

  1. Grace Slick is an awesome choice for today's MM!
    cheers!

  1. Teg: Thanks. I thought of a few other Graces, but Ms Slick was the top choice.

Ian: I always thought that journey from Airplane to Starship was a metaphor for the commercialization of the counter culture.

    Shaz: You are most welcome.

    Mousey: Right back atcha!

Jamie: It was almost an imperative to use Airplane, wasn't it?

    Mags: ?? You're silly!

    Matt: Yeah she is!

    Sarge: Thank you Sir.

Julie: Now Grace Kelly is another excellent choice.

    Comedy: These are great songs.

  1. Bee: CAKE! Yummy!

Pia: I always thought White Rabbit was a coming of age song - the minute you understand what the song was about, you were there!

Angell: Yeah. The Starship years are regrettable.

Katherine: Oh I did too. All kinds of great music.

    Asara: Awww man! That sucks!

Alice: No sound for you? That bites!

Reba: I've always got scooby snacks in my bag of tricks!

Dix: Now Jeff Fisher is a guy I can root for once in awhile. He does it right.

Mo: Thanks Mo! Not too nervous yet I hope.

  1. Janna says:

In fact, I have the CD right here next to me. :)

  1. BeckEye says:

I like Grace Slick, but when I hear the word "Grace" I think of the Jeff Buckley or Supergrass songs. Both great ones!

  1. Gail says:

She's got some pipes on her, that's for sure...

  1. Grace Slick of Airplane days, yes. But Starship? Ick.

  1. Liz Hill says:

Sugar--you know it's been a weird day when I don't get to your blog. Smooch

Grace Slick is a fabulous choice and I am in total agreement about the loss of altitude when it became 'starship'.

  1. Unknown says:

Jersey would love to catch it =)

  1. Awesome choices! :)

white rabbit, one of my fav songs ever. so favorite that my girlfriends from high school made me sing it during a karaoke night out in NYC. ummmm, that song does not do well as a karaoke song. really. it was not my singing, it was the song. really.
