It's nervous time for Twitch fans as we wait to see who America has decided will be the four dancers to compete for the title of America's favorite dancer. Keep that phrase in mind now...it's not the best dancer, it's the favorite dancer. Favorite and best don't always equal, not when you put the choice in the hands of viewers.
Here's the better of the two dances from Chelsie & Twitch. This is the hip hop by Tabitha & Napoleon.
This piece by Sonya really emphasized Courtney's strength and athleticism, as well as Mark's quirkiness.
Katee and Joshua danced a contemporary piece by Tyce Diorio on Wendesday that was simply brilliant. I got chills watching it again.
The Top 6 perform beautifully to The Rose by Bette Midler, choreographed by Mandy Moore. Outstanding.
Wow...Adam Shankman announced that the winning dancer will receive a featured role in an upcoming movie he is producing. Cool! One of the sad things about this show is that it's tough to actually see these kids dance again after the show is over. They do go to work, but it's not like an American Idol winner we can hear on the radio. So this movie role news is really a great thing.
The judges have some words for the Top 6. Nigel warns them to use the rejection they'll inevitably face in their careers as motivation, and he tells them that they each polled more than one million votes each. Mary is impressed by how much they've grown as dancers, as people, and as friends. Adam reminds them to be respectful of the fans, and to reward them for the adulation by always being professional and giving their all.
We get solos from everyone tonight.
Courtney - Beautiful movement.
Mark - Quirky and odd, some would say innovative.
Katee - I see joy and love of dance when I watch her.
Joshua - He is skilled.
Chelsie - She can work those LEGS LEGS LEGS LEGS.
Twitch - Talented and charming.
Whoa! This kid called Lil Demon is 6 years old and he's incredible! Oh my!
The girls are up for results. They were all outstanding on Wednesday. Katee moves on to the finale. I would have been shocked if she didn't make it. Courtney and Chelsie will have to wait a few minutes to find out who moves on and who goes home.
Now let's see about the guys. Joshua advances to the finale. I expected that. But now I'm sweating it for Twitch. Did Mark edge him out?
Hated the musical guest.
Oh boy...here we go with the girls. Courtney makes it through, and Chelsie is out. 
And the guys...it's Twitch! YAY! Twitch makes it to the Top 4, and Mark is out.
Chelsie and Mark were paired in the Top 20 and they grew together each week. They made this moment together.
Next week's performance finale is going to be fantastic. We've got the hip hop boys and the contemporary girls. Wow.
Everybody dances with everybody next week...the four together, Katee & Joshua and Courtney & Twitch, Katee & Twitch and Courtney & Joshua, Katee & Courtney and Joshua & Twitch.
We can only hope that Joshua & Twitch will get a hip hop routine, and that Katee & Courtney get something from Mia Michaels. That would be awesome!
And check this out...a hip hop dancer has a 50% chance to win! In past seasons that would have made me cringe. But not this time.

I didn't like the burlesque-based dance. I thought the movements were quite ugly. LOVE that Katee dance (except the music).
