Welcome to another Manic Monday with Morgen. Don't forget to cruise by MM HQ at the Manic Monday blog. Today's theme is Full.

On March 15, a bracket like this one will be full of 64 teams, all with hopes of winning six games and cutting down the nets as the 2009 NCAA Men's Basketball champion.

The Madness has already begun. Congratulations to these teams who have had their tickets punched to The Dance:

Cornell from the Ivy League
East Tennessee State from the Atlantic Sun
Radford from the Big South
Moorehead State from the Ohio Valley (they upset Austin Peay in double OT)
Northern Iowa from the Missouri Valley

5 in, 59 to go!

Speaking of dancing...it's finally here! Tonight it's time to cue that theme music babies 'cause it's gonna be live from Hollywood!

Yes indeed! I am full of excitement!

I might have to make my own pics just for the fun of it. One year I did pretty well. Thanks for the "heads up" on the bracket filling date.

I may have to watch Dancing just to see why you're so fired up about it, Trav!

I don't get into the March Madness even though Connecticut has the #3 team in the country (I believe that's UConn's current standing). My ex-husband enjoyed it but I just never paid much attention. Probably my loss, right?!?

  1. Between March Madness and Dancing With the Stars, I guess you'll be watching a lot of TV the next few weeks, huh?

Egads -it is that time of year again, isn't it? And here I was, seeing that big tall glass of beer at the top of your post thinking -foolishly -that you were going to talk about the wonders of a nice cool brew -in a full pilsner glass as it flows down from the mouth to the tummy. Ah the luscious flavor treat it incites in the individual imbibing, that kind of "full" thing. Sure did fool me when you switched gears and went over to the March Madness instead!
That's okay though -I understand how full you are -just bursting at the seams -over the sports stuff as well as the Dancing With Stars! As long as you are not full of other things too -or not too much, anyway!

  1. I always manage to wait until the last minute to fill out my bracket - I mean literally just minutes before the first game starts. I suppose I'll be just as undecided this year. How many different teams have held the #1 spot in the polls this season? Sheesh!
