I play that Dr. Hook album all the time though my favorite on it is the sad one: Carry Me Carrie. Still who could ever forget the cover Rolling Stone was almost forced to use that became one of their biggest sellers.

  1. I really like "The cover of the Rolling Stone." Had almost forgotten that song.

  1. Great set,I enjoyed listening to thes song.

  1. WoW! I can't remember the last time I heard Sylvia's mother! Great songs. Thanks Trav!

Dr. Hook - another blast from the past that I hadn't heard in way too long! That's what I love about Five on Friday, it brings back so many good songs!

Oops, didn't mean to leave my link over here twice though I'm not quite sure how I did that! I am truly getting old and losing my mind I think!

  1. "Hey Ray, Hey Sugar, tell 'em who we are..."

GREAT choice of artists, Travis. It's been far too long since I've heard some Dr. Hook.
