I have stretched the guidelines again!  We had such a great time last night listening and dancing to these fun old pop tunes that we decided not to edit.

So I present 5x2 on Friday, featuring Dr Hook.

As always, if you'd like to join us in the musical fun, the guidelines are basic and simple.

1. Grab the banner, make your post title Five on Friday, and be sure to link back here.
2. Go to Playlist.com to make your play list of five songs. You may choose a particular theme to share with us, or post random tunes if that's your vibe for the day. You can simply post the play list, or you can add a little summary about what you are sharing.

    I play that Dr. Hook album all the time though my favorite on it is the sad one: Carry Me Carrie. Still who could ever forget the cover Rolling Stone was almost forced to use that became one of their biggest sellers.

    Dr. Hook - another blast from the past that I hadn't heard in way too long! That's what I love about Five on Friday, it brings back so many good songs!
