Get yourself a little ketchup for dipping sauce and you're good to go.

Can you come over and makes some of those for the kids so I don't have to? I'm tired.

Limping? Hope you're talking figuratively & haven't actually injured yourself! Nothing a nice grilled cheese followed by CAKE won't fix, I hope.

Grilled cheese sandwich, if only I'd seen that before I ate dinner!

It's addicting pasta Trav. It's firey! Whenever I have a cold, I crave it. It's simple and light and the chili pepper clears the head!
1 pound angel hair pasta
1/2 cup Chili Oil, recipe follows
1/2 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons lemon zest
Coarse sea salt
Dried crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel, optional
2/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the angel hair pasta and cook until tender but still firm to the bite, stirring occasionally, about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain, reserving 1 cup of the pasta water.
Stir the oil, parsley, lemon juice and lemon peel in a large serving bowl. Add the cooked pasta and toss with enough reserved pasta water, 1/4 cup at a time, to moisten. Season the pasta with salt and red pepper flakes, to taste. Sprinkle grated lemon peel over pasta for extra flavor and texture. Sprinkle with the Parmesan and serve.
Chili Oil:
2 cups olive oil
4 teaspoons dried crushed red pepper flakes
Combine the oil and crushed red pepper flakes in a heavy small saucepan. Cook over low heat until a thermometer inserted into the oil registers 180 degrees F, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat. Cool to room temperature, about 2 hours. Transfer the oil and pepper flakes to a 4-ounce bottle. Seal the lid. Refrigerate up to 1 month.
Yield: 2 cups
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Inactive Prep Time: 2 hours

looks like you have got all our taste buds tingling. I'm going to join matt-man and his soupy sandwich. I might just grate some onion onto the sarnie before I grill it though. YUM!
have a great weekend.

My week sucked... let's hope this one is better.
SMOOCH
You know, Mom used to make me grilled cheese sammiches and tomato soup whenever I was in a funk and I felt better... Just not the same when you have to make them yourself though.
-
Oh.. and stop giving Vince reasons to film more food vids... I do not need 23 minutes of the art of the grilled cheese sammich, unless it's in smellandtastovision.
-
I am with Anndi... no more Bond food porn unless he sets up a delivery service =)
-
Kimo & Sabi: I know!
CWM: Yup!
Turn: We had them for dinner.
Shelby: Scrumptious.
Star: Thanks for the recipe.
Cathy: I'm not a fan of onion, but perhaps a few fish crackers?
Bee: I don't know that I've met anyone who doesn't like grilled cheese.
Dana: You're on!
Roger: But cheesy toast is pretty accurate too.
Ann: I'm well immersed in suckiness for about the next three months. But the videos aren't that bad now, are they?
Star: Well, I don't know what influence I have with Mr Bond, but I'll do what I can.

Oh Maaaannnn.... that grilled cheese sammach looks so good, and I'm hungry with no bread or cheese in the house. What good is butter and the frying pan without the bread and cheese? Nada!
Hope you're having an awesome weekend.
That does look delicious!!
